Plain peppermint tea will likely result in nothing more serious than some gastrointestinal upset (vomiting or diarrhea). If the tea has added caffeine though, Pepper should be seen by your veterinarian or at the nearest veterinary ER. Vomiting can be induced via injection to getting he tea bags out of her system. Activated charcoal may be given afterwards to further reduce absorption.

Peppermint candies aren't toxic to dogs but are known to cause intestinal upset, but if she is improving and continues to do so, I would recommend just keeping an eye on her and getting her to the vet if she does get sick. I have looked up the ingredients of this cough drop, and luckily it doesn't contain xylitol, which is highly toxic to dogs. The rest of the ingredients like menthol, eucalyptus oil, colors and flavors cause GI upset. I'd keep a close eye on her for now.
