I think my 9 week old Yorkie ate a cigarette butt what should I do, although she did throw up

Hi, nicotine toxicity has a quite rapid onset with symptoms displaying with an hour from ingestion. If Tiller has eaten the cigarette a few hours ago and has not displayed any symptoms, I think he should be fine, just keep an eye on what comes out the other end over the next 2-3 days. If Tiller has vomited or seems unwell, i.e. wobbly, shaking, or with a fast abnormal heart rate or breathing, I would recommend to have him checked over.

That's ok, the most common symptom would be vomiting, this is also a way to evaluate how much tobacco has been ingested. other common symptoms include Diarrhea, Drooling, Constricted pupils, lethargy, disorientation and in severe cases seizures.
