Some candy contains xylitol which is highly toxic to dogs. It causes low blood sugar and liver failure. Another possibility is a stomach or intestinal obstruction (the wrappers are stuck and need to be surgically removed) or pancreatitis secondary to the candy. After the Vet does an exam they will want to run full blood work and possibly belly X-rays. I hope this helps and I wish Gretchen the best!

I'm assuming these are gummy sweets? If so, I would not worry - they are not toxic. The most that may happen is a bit of vomiting and/or diarrhea due to the high sugar content. If that happens usually the symptoms are self-limiting - meaning they will resolve on their own. If they don't, then a vet visit would be needed. You need to take Gia into a vet immediately. This gummy contains xylitol, which is highly toxic to dogs. She needs veterinary care now, this is not something that can be treated at home. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies.
