My dog ate homemade lasagna. What symptoms should I watch for?

Noodles, meat, cheese, and tomato sauce are not toxic to dogs, so I would not expect this to cause any serious problems :) She may have a mild upset stomach for the next day or so if she isn't used to human food like this, but otherwise she should be just fine.

This may cause some GI upset, and potentially could cause bigger problems if there was a lot of garlic and onion it, but otherwise, Amber should be fine. I bet she enjoyed it! If you see vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, a hunched up appearance, lethargy, loss of appetite, and/or pale gums, have her seen by a vet immediately.

It is unlikely that there was enough onion present to cause a problem, but eating that much pizza will likely cause some gastroenteritis (inflammation of the stomach and intestines) which could lead to vomiting and diarrhea. He could also develop pancreatitis. If he starts vomiting, having diarrhea, isn't wanting to eat, or seems lethargic, please take him to your vet for treatment. In the meantime, withhold for at least 12 hours, then offer small amounts of. a bland diet such as boiled chicken and white rice for the next couple of days. Onions will cause oxidative damage to the red blood cells which can result in anemia. If the onions are going to be an issue, it will be a few days before you would see this, and generally would present as decreased appetite and lethargy. If those symptoms are noted, get him in to your vet for bloodwork. He may have an upset stomach but I don't see any ingredients that are toxic. As long as he feels okay, I'd just keep an eye on him, but if he gets worse, becomes lethargic, refuses food, I recommend getting him to the vet as soon as possible.

Naughty Copper! I'm sure he enjoyed it :) Bacon contains a lot of fat, so I would expect that he may have some mild stomach upset for the next day or so. There is a chance that he could develop a more serious problem called pancreatitis from eating so much bacon - if this happens, you will see symptoms such as repeated episodes of vomiting, lethargy, loss of appetite, and sometimes bloody diarrhea. If any of these signs are seen, then you will need to take him to the vet right away for treatment.

Monitor for lethargy, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite or abdominal pain. If necessary, withhold food for 24 hours, allowing small amounts of water or unflavored PediaLyte. Resume feeding a bland diet in small, frequent amounts until vomiting/diarrhea resolve. If symptoms persist, consider an exam with your veterinarian.

Oh that was naughty of Snuggles to eat the spaghetti! Luckily, spaghetti itself isn't very fatty, but I would be concerned about the sauce used on it. Butter based sauces or sauces that contain garlic and onion can cause problems in her. Both onion and garlic are toxic to dogs, and if the spaghetti had garlic or onion in it, I would have her seen by a vet immediately for decontamination procedures to prevent toxicity from occurring. If it was just plain spaghetti, hopefully she should be ok.
