Pet's info: Dog | Siberian Husky | Male | neutered | 5 years old | 50 lbs
My dog is a smallish Siberian husky, he has eaten some milk chocolate and has started throwing up, it’s been like 18 hours now and has been throwing up for about 3 hours. But what gives me concern is the last time he threw up there was quite a bit of blood in it.

Hello. I think it is time to head to the nearest veterinary clinic. I do not know if your dog ate enough chocolate to be fatal, but it appears enough was ingested to cause your dog to be ill. With chronic vomiting, small blood vessels called capillaries can rupture causing the blood to appear. More importantly, you really need to know if the chocolate has caused any organ damage. Please see a vet as soon as possible to make sure Brody will be OK. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
