My dog ate chocolate muffins and has diarrhea, panting, hyper. Help!

Pet's info: Dog | Shiba Inu | Female | spayed | 4 years and 2 months old | 30 lbs

I made these double chocolate muffins (vegetarian) while we were at work my dog got into them and ate them all. She currently has diarrhea, she painting and she's a bit hyper. What should we do?

You need to take Ziva into the vet immediately, this is a medical emergency. It sounds like she is suffering from chocolate toxicity, and if the muffins were made with cocoa powder, that is very serious as it's the most poisonous type of chocolate to dogs. She needs veterinary attention now, please bring her into an ER vet or find a vet on call to see her ASAP.
