My dog ate chocolate coated licorice. Is it toxic? What should I do?

Chocolate is toxic to dogs. Milk chocolate is less toxic than dark chocolate and it is dose - dependent. In smaller doses it my just cause vomiting and diarrhea. In larger doses it can cause neurological signs and even death. So if he ate a large amount, I would take him to the veterinarian so they can induce vomiting and get it out if his system.
