My dog ate a blanket, threw it up, now eating. Should I worry?

My dog ate a piece of blanket and has thrown it all up. Since this happened he's eaten and had normal bowel movements. Should I be worried?

If he continues to vomit than you should be worried and have him examined by a vet. Your vet can take an X-ray to look for signs of an obstruction. If the vomiting has resolved than just monitor him for additional signs.

If Cosmo starts vomiting or having diarrhea, then you know the blanket is causing problems, so I'd watch him carefully for these signs and make sure he is eating and acting normally. If you don't see any vomiting at any point, he likely is passing this with no issues.
