In such a large dog as your's it's unlikely to do harm but it has the potential to be toxic in dogs so do not give it in the future.

The active ingredient in Azo tablets is phenazopyridine. It has no known safe dosage in veterinary medicine. Because of this the wisest course of action is to take your dog in for some blood work to make sure there's no developing anemia or liver damage.
