My dog ate ants in the backyard. Will he be okay or get sick?

Pet's info: Dog | Shiba Inu | Male | unneutered | 9 months and 27 days old | 28 lbs

I was cleaning my backyard and I died hachi to one of the pole and when I turned around I noticed he ate some ants.Will he be okay?

Depending on where you live, the only concern with eating ants is if they are fire ants. Fire ants tend to cause significant irritation when they bite, so those bites can be problematic (although my previous dog ate them on a regular basis). Otherwise, regular ants do not seem to cause a problem (even though they can also bite).
