Hello my dog hobo (Jack Russell) has a mass under his anal area had a operation to remove it and few weeks later same complain again its red swollen and bothering him green pus & blood oozes from it and his scooting around the floor. Thanks

Yikes, this looks not so good. I think this could definitely be cancer. The other possibilities are an anal fistula (very frustrating to treat) or some bizarre fungal infection or forgoing body. Long story short, talk with your vet about what realistic expectations are for Hobo and what next steps might be.
