Amoxicillin can be used, however you should have Roscoe examined by your veterinarian first. An appropriate dose or a more effective antibiotic can be recommended or dispensed.
Inappropriate antibiotic use can lead to resistant bacteria and may complicate any underlying condition, possibly delaying diagnosis. Never medicate your pet without the advice of your veterinarian.
