My dog is acting sick and not himself after I went away. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | 2 months and 2 days old

Hey my dog pheonix has gotten alot worse when i went away for 2 weeks. I got home and he definitely was not himself, he usually follows me with his amazing gaze and cheeky bark but the littlest things he does normally he will not do anymore. So i knew he was sick and so did my whole family. Ive been treating him with apple cider vineger a teaspoon in his dry food with warm water so he doesnt stop eating just incase his mouth gets sore from chewing hard to bite the dry stuff

pheonix is experiencing very general symptoms of disease, these symptoms could fit almost any internal condition, maybe he is suffering from nausea due to a gastrointestinal disease and maybe he is in pain, from the symptoms described it's very hard to know. i would recommend taking him to the vet as soon as possible in order to get him checked, if he doesn't show any other obvious symptoms during the examination, a blood test and possibly an ultrasound will be needed in order to try and find out what is wrong with pheonix .

My puppy is sick after boarding. What's wrong and what should I do?

It sounds like poor Ghost has a lot going on. I would be concerned that he contracted an infectious disease of some sort while away. Because of his age I would be most concerned about intestinal parasites or parvovirus. I would recommend taking your puppy back to the vet to be examined since his symptoms are getting worse. My dog's sad, not eating, running away since I left. What's wrong?

If he's never been away from you, it may be that he is having some anxiety with you being gone that may be contributing. However, it could be something more serious. Since he's acting lethargic and is not eating, talk to your mum ( I assume this is who is caring for him currently?) and see if she can get him in to see a vet in the next few days. My dog is suddenly lazy, not eating, and sleeping a lot. Is he sick?

Poor Pocholo! It definitely sounds like he isn't feeling well for some reason. Unfortunately, these symptoms are very vague and could be caused by almost any type of illness or injury, so there's no way to say what might be wrong without being able to examine him. I would recommend taking him to the vet for a check-up as soon as you are able to - he/she can do some blood work or other testing if needed to help determine what's wrong and get him started on appropriate treatment for the problem.
