You should really have a vet do that. It is very easy to overdose a puppy that small and that could be deadly. Not only that, but the dewormer you can buy over the counter is not very good and only usually is effective for one type of worm and often not safe to use in puppies that young. I do not recommend giving a dewormer until at-least three weeks of age. The deworming medication is dosed based on body weight, so the mum will need a different one than the puppies. The label of the deworming medication should indicate how much to give per body weight of the pup, or dog (certain medications can be used for a puppy and an adult dog). If it doesn't then I would not give it. It's always best to give this medication only as directed by your veterinarian, because it can be easy to make a mistake, or use the medication inappropriately. But in the meantime, you can go to any pet retailer & pick up several safe & common dewormers such as Pyrantel pamoate, or Safeguard wormer. In looking up RFD dewormer, it is safe to use on puppies as young as two weeks of age, so you can use it on Loki's puppies. Dose their according to the their weight and follow the dosage instructions on the package. If Loki has worms, then it is likely her puppies have worms as well because they are contagious. No, do not do this. It is not safe if it's labeled for puppies over six weeks of age, and even cutting the dosage in half is not safe. I would get Panacur for them. It's safe to give puppies their age, and you may be able to get it at a pet store.
