My dog looks like a Telomian. How can I confirm his breed?

This puppy is quite cute and does have some characteristics that are seen in a Malinois. That being said, we cannot determine with 100 percent certainty the breed of a dog from a photo. It’s difficult to say for sure but it looks like he may be part rat terrier or jack Russell terrier or some other type of terrier with pointed ears. He is really cute! Unfortunately there is no way to know for sure. You can do a DNA test but it isn’t 100% accurate and I did it on my dog just for fun.

Bongo really does not look like any specific breed so must be a mixed breed, The only way to know if it is a pure breed is to have a DNA test done. many companies offer this service and the process is easy and quite cheap. this is just one example: http://dnamydog.com/

Hi there. I'm afraid it's not possible to tell what breed a puppy is just by looking at a photo, as coat color and length, general body shape, etc. often change a great deal as puppies grow. From what I can see, he looks like a medium-to-large breed of some sort. Possibly some kind of retriever mix, but that's just a guess. If you don't have any information about his parents, your best bet would be to have a DNA test such as a Wisdom panel done. This would give you more information about what breed (or mix of breeds) he is, which would allow you to make a more educated guess about his adult size and weight.
