Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua (Smooth Coat) | Male | neutered | 10 years and 2 months old | 22 lbs
Hi, my chihuahua was just seen by our vet last week. He is eating, drinking, and going to the bathroom normally. He seems to be panting alot. He is normally a very nervous dog and pants when afraid, but not this often. I was wondering if you might know what it could be?

Panting can be a symptom of pain, anxiety, trouble breathing, excessive steroid administration or a disease like Cushings disease. Since Benji can’t talk and tell you what he is feeling, I recommend to have him checked out by his veterinarian.
I hope this is helpful and please feel free to post any additional questions.
