No, this would not be recommended. Given the weight difference, you would likely need multiple doses which could easily lead to overdose. Use a product specifically for dogs. Talk with your veterinarian about the safest, most effective options.

Etofenprox is a synthetic pyrethroid insecticide, and cats are quiet sensitive to pyrethroids. I do not recommend using pyrethroid medications to my clients due to the risk for toxicity. The dog product may have a higher concentration and be more likely to cause toxicity. Affected cats will have involuntary muscle tremors or seizure activity. You could bathe both cats with Dawn dish soap to remove any remaining topical medication and contact a veterinarian immediately if you see any signs. If you take all the precautions it should be fine. The product must be COMPLETELY dry on the dogs before the cat comes into contact with them and you need to be sure to get rid of the packaging so the cat cannot come in to contact with that either.

In general, products that are labeled for cats are usually quite safe for dogs, as cats are much more sensitive to chemicals overall. As long as Duchess is in the same general weight range as your cat, I would not expect this to cause any problems. If she is acting normal, it should be okay to just monitor her at home. Possible signs of toxicity would include muscle tremors, lethargy, or seizures. If you see anything that concerns you, it's always an option to see an emergency vet to be safe.
