What color puppies will a black Labrador and silver Labrador have?

For chocolate labs you need to find a male that is a carrier to throw that gene. The best luck is a dog that came from chocolate parents. Your dog will need that color gene also to pass on half the DNA. Generally you will get a mixed color litter. The lighter hair may be old puppy hair which after it falls out, will likely grow in much darker. Also, if your puppy is outside in the sun a lot the hair will bleach, especially on the head, ears and tail. So unfortunately this is why it is not possible to say whether he will get lighter permanent fur in these areas. I dare say not. Best to wait until his permanent adult coat comes in, as until then the hair coat can and will change in shade several times. The fact you got 2 black puppies when mating 2 white Pomeranians means somewhere in the lines of either one or both parents had black coated relatives. What you see isn’t always what you get with genes. That’s why 2 brown eyed people sometimes have a blue eyed baby. I hope this helps!

A bitch can have a litter with multiple fathers, if she was mated by more than one dog during her heat. So if Silky was mated by a Labrador and a stray dog, it is possible that some of the puppies will look like the stray dog. It just depends on how many eggs the stray dog's semen fertilized. Any that the Labrador's semen fertilized will only have the characteristics of the Labrador.

Bruno is a very cute pup! Unfortunately, with a puppy that is a mix of two different breeds, it's quite unpredictable what the puppy may grow up to look like. Being able to predict the adult appearance of the pup is one of the main advantages of choosing a purebred puppy - so with a mix, I'm afraid you'll have to just wait and see! He may look like his dad, his mom, or some mixture of both. Just like human children, you never know until they're grown up. Regardless, he's a very handsome guy. I think he will be a great looking dog, no matter which parent he takes after :)

That really depends on which genes are expressed and the individual line of genetics. I would expect the size would average between both breeds. I recommend speaking to the person from whom you are getting this dog, and ask them the average size of their adult dogs, which would then give you a good idea of the size to expect when your dog is fully grown.
