What oil or cream is best for Pomeranian's body or hair??

If you are simply trying to create a health coat and skin quality, I would recommend the use of fish oil capsules. There are a lot of products out there, some of which are specifically designed with dogs in mind. This one is one of my favorites:

In terms of shampoos, I find that most of them are pretty equivalent as long as Queen doesn't have sensitive skin or allergies. If this is the case, a sensitive skin shampoo or reduce ingredient one will be required. Your veterinarian may have some suggestions or ones that he might have in stock might work.
