Why is my 8-week puppy vomiting, peeing blood, and has a rash?

It absolutely could be a bladder infection, and although they tend to be a bit unusual in puppies they can happen. Testing is relatively straightforward including typically a urinalysis will make the diagnosis but often the vet will recommend a urine culture to ensure that the appropriate antibiotic is being used. At 3 months of age I would also consider some imaging (x-rays with contrast or ultrasound) to rule out congenital (present from birth) anatomical issues that could be contributing to urinary issues.

Yes, I would take Lala back into the vet. The blood in the urine is concerning and can be a sign of a UTI or bladder stones. The vet can do blood tests and a urinalysis to diagnose what is causing the blood in her urine so she can be treated. As for the vomiting, deep coughs can sometimes cause a dog to vomit but feeling poorly from a UTI can lead to it as well. It would be a good idea to have her seen by a vet today.

This can be due to any number of causes such as stress, a diet change, eating something that didn't agree with him or an intestinal infection. It sounds as Rexi is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking him back to the vet the first chance you get, he will need to have a blood test done and possibly also an xray, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection he will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better. if it's something more serious, he should stay hospitalized ate the vet's.

Gaia might be suffering from a urinary infection or from a kidney infection, it could also be a bacterial infection called Leptospirosis if she is not vaccinated. i strongly recommend taking her to the vet urgently in order to get it diagnosed and treated as these are very severe and serious symptoms.

Vomiting and diarrhea can occur secondary to conditions such as inflammatory bowel disease, dietary indiscretion, parasites, among other possibilities. In addition, black stools can be indicative of bleeding into the small intestine or stomach which can happen secondary to an ulcer for instance. Bloody urine can be the result of an infection, stones, tumors, among other possibilities. I recommend that you have him evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. At the very least they can start him on medications to make him feel better and check his hydration status. In the meantime, keep water available at all times to try to prevent dehydration.
