If Cash is leaking white stuff from her vaginal area, this is a sign of a pyometra, which is a life threatening infection of the uterus. A pyometra is fatal without treatment, and she needs to see a vet immediately. The vet can confirm she has a pyometra, and can treat her for it. One of the recommended treatments is spaying her. Please take her into an ER vet or find a vet on call to see her now as time is of the essence in treating a pyometra.

Please arrange an urgent veterinary assessment for her now, depending upon the severity of her signs of fever it may be possible to spay her straight away or she may need to start antibiotics prior to any further intervention
