First of all thank you so much for the previous help by Dr.Melanie BVSC MS from NZ.We have got a baby boy named Jerry who is a stray kitten.Though he is not yet vaccinated or dewormed but we came to know that he is animic and has got gastric problem.We have started feeding him wet packeging food of Tuna fish, milk and dry food also and sometimes home cooked fish.But we are really worried for his health and our hygiene as he is not yet vaccinated or dewormed.Kindly suggest what needs to be done.

I am sorry to hear about Jeff! It sounds like he is slowly improving. You don't mention if your vet offered any forms of treatment. Things that may be considered would include blood transfusions, intravenous fluids, bloodwork to check for kidney or liver abnormalities that may need treatment, and appetite stimulants which are available as well as high energy diets such as Hills A/D which can be syringe fed if needed. I woud ask your vet if they offer any of these services for your kitty and if they do not offer any options for treatment I would seek a second opinion.
