Unvaccinated stray cat sick, not eating, yellow eyes. What vet tests are vital?

It is hard to tell by the information above but it is possible that a stray cats has an upper respiratory infection or infection in its eyes. I would try to find a vet sooner so antibiotics can be started if needed. In the mean time I would recommend keeping the cat in safe /warm area with plenty of food and water. hope he feels better

Possible causes for weight loss and not eating in a young cat are: foreign body, intestinal parasites, feline leukemia, FIP (feline infectious peritonitis), toxin ingestion, or even cancer. Your Vet may do blood work, feline leukemia test and X-rays. The tests will be based on their physical. I wish you and Princey the best of luck and I hope he gets better soon!

Your cat is seriously ill and needs to be seen by your veterinarian or in a pet hospital NOW. Your cat is jaundiced which points to serious liver disease. There is nothing you can do at home for this. The vet needs to examine your cat, do blood tests and possibly x rays, put your cat on iv fluids and medications needed for her condition. Pisay must see a veterinarian now.

Poor Pearl. She doesn't need a vaccination, because these are only meant to be given to healthy pets and at the current moment she isn't considered to be healthy. If she is still vomiting and not eating she likely has an internal illness that needs to be investigated via bloodwork analysis and a urinalysis and treated for directly. Cats can get a condition called hepatic lipidosis (fatty liver) if they go without eating for several days which can make them extremely ill, so I would recommend getting Pearl seen by your local vet right away. Until you can get Pearl in to the vet you can try to offer her small amounts of slightly warmed cans of baby food to provide some nutritional support. I hope your fur baby feels better soon. Probably severe dehydration is her main issue at this time. She may also have developed a liver condition called hepatic lipidosis which occurs when cats don't eat for many days. Is also possible that she was injured when she was out and missing, and she may have some pain and or an infection related to that. Take her in to the vet as soon as you can today!
