What to do for a stray cat with an injured eye and hidden kittens?

Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female

I found this cat on the street, and some neighbourhoods tell me another cat took away her eye in a fight months ago, at the same time she have kittents some days ago hidden, so i cant take her to the vet, there Is anything i can do for her eye? What usually they do in this cases?

There isn't anything you could do for the eye at home. Ideally the remaining part of the eye would be removed and the hole closed for cleanliness and comfort (avoiding infection or parasites in the socket). You might want to try to collect her and the all of the kittens. She can still have surgery even with kittens.
