Hello, My six month old kitten was spayed and had a bad reaction to the suture material used. The sutures were removed a week later in the layer of skin and fat, and the damaged tissue was removed. There was no visible effect on the layer of muscle so the vet surgeon opted not to go any further and to leave the rest of the sutures in. My question is, is that safe?
