I bought 2 kittens from spca and found scabby patch all over there bodies. Ears nose above eyes feet dide of tummy. I did not change the food they got from spca as they had runny tummies aswell which is now beter. It does not seem to bother them but I am concerned

This is suspicious of ringworm (a fungal infection of the skin); especially since all of the kittens have it. This could also be due to a yeast or bacteria infection, but I think it's much more likely to be ringworm..
It's to have a veterinarian examine them sometime soon, because ringworm can spread to different parts of the body and can spread to people. Also, the more involved the infection, the longer it will take to clear. The vet will be able to definitively diagnose it and give the best treatment.
