My pregnant cow fell. Is her unborn calf okay after the fall?

my cow have 5 month pregnancy and because of loosing balance and fall down on flour so any effect on cattle inside my cow stomach

It is possible that some damage was done to the fetus (the one inside the stomach), but they are usually well protected when the cow falls, so it will most likely be OK. Look for bleeding from the vagina as a sign of there being a problem. If the Cow is OK and not having any problems, then no need to worry. She should give birth three moths from now.
