The most common reason for diarrhea is intestinal parasites (worms). She can be dewormed while pregnant with a drug called pyrantel pamoate. I don't know what you have available in your country. You can ask a vet near you if you can purchase some. I would also recommend a probiotic like this one:

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Poor Cookie!
Since Cookie is pregnant it is best that she be seen by a Vet. I would recommend a bland diet like Hill's i/d and a probiotic. I try to avoid medications in pregnant animals. There are not safe human medications to give her. Cats are very sensitive and can not tolerate medications regardless of being pregnant. Bring a stool sample to the Vet with you.
Causes of diarrhea are: intestinal parasites, viral or bacterial infections, reaction to a diet change, ate something gross, pancreatitis, intestinal disease.
