How much of the Praferan tablet should I give my 5 month old kittens who are 5.27lbs and 5.89lbs if they've never been dewormed before and how often? They haven't been vaccinated yet, can you tell me the generic names of the injections they need to get?

The dosing for Praferan is one tablet for every 22 pounds of body weight. So, you would need to cut one tablet into 4 equal pieces (quarters) and give each kitten one of those pieces. I would deworm them now at least every 3 months if they are going to be going outdoors. If they will be indoor only then once or twice a year should suffice.
Here is information about cat vaccines in Pakistan. Since I am in the United States it is difficult for me to tell you what your country requires. If this article does not clarify I suggest you contact your local vet for more information.
