Why is my 2-week-old orphan kitten crying even after feeding?

Crying can be because he’s hungry, cold, or has to go potty. Make sure you are feeding him often enough with kitten milk replacer if he is not nursing his mother. Stimulating him to pee and poop with a warm damp cloth around his tail should be done several times a day to keep him regular. Kittens can die quickly if they get cold so make sure he is snuggled in a warm place or with another animal. If Lola was just born within the last few days, then I would be highly suspicious of a condition called atresia aria (blocked rectum) or even fibrous tissue blocking her from being able to defecate. If you cannot locate an opening back there then it is best to take her to your vet asap. There may be some things that can be done, depending on the extent, to help her be able to relieve herself. I also suspect that the crying and moving a lot, is in response to her being backed up and not being able to go potty.

Hello, your question stated the cat is 15 years, but I'm assuming from the photo that she is 15 days old (as stated in the pet info tab). At this age, she needs to be nursing from her mother or receiving a kitten milk replacer. Try feeding her milk replacer from a bottle. Put a small drop of the milk replacer on the nipple of the bottle so she can smell it, and with your finger you can put a drop on her lips. Hopefully this will help entice her to eat. If she will not suckle, you can bring her to your nearest veterinarian who should be able to teach you how to tube feed her until she is strong enough to suckle or lap the milk replacer up from a saucer. You can put a little on a spoon or on their noses to see if they will lick it off to encourage them to try it. Keeping the formula warmed and feeding them on their stomachs (in the same position they'd be in when nursing from mom) may also help them recognize you are trying to feed them. If they're not on solid foods yet, they may not have a whole lot in the way of stool production, and any stool they produce may be very liquidy still. It's a good idea to bring them to the vet anyway, especially if orphaned, as they may need to start getting vaccinations sooner to account for the loss of mom's natural antibodies, and your vet can examine them, deworm them, and treat any issues as needed. You need to keep it warm, use blankets, fan or a hot-water bottle. Try to put her with the mum and see if he will feed from her. You should put his face right on the nipple and try to 'attach' him. If he is not able to feed from the mum you will have to syringe-feed or bottle-feed the kitten with a cat milk formula. After feeding you need to massage the belly with a warm cloth to stimulate urination and defecation.
