Pet's info: Cat | Himalayan | Female | spayed | 8 lbs
I have an older himalayan cat who is about 13 years old. She's never had many behavioral problems and has been very healthy up to this point. Lately, I've started to notice that she's having issues with leaking pee occasionally outside of the litter box, and sometimes she isn't grooming her butt. This usually results in a small amount of poop being rubbed into the carpet. Is this normal for an older cat? She doesn't seem distressed. I had a 22 year old cat that used to do this also.
