My newborn kitten is sneezing, has a wet nose, and isn't pooping.

Congrats on the new kittens! It could be this kitten has a respiratory infection. All newborn kittens should be checked out by a vet to make sure they are doing well, so I would take Tokyo and her kittens into a vet today for a health check.

This kitten may have an upper respiratory tract infection, pneumonia, or a congenital birth defect affecting its mouth/palate area. If you have access to a veterinarian it'd be best to examine this kitten and consider testing for infectious diseases that are very contagious to other cats.

It sounds like Poppy could have an upper respiratory infection causing her cough, nasal congestion and eye discharge. The lack of pooping probably isn’t related - unless she is straining to defecate I’d guess that she’s not constipated but instead may not be comfortable with the new litter box. She will most likely poop when she has to go badly enough. I would recommend making an appointment to see your vet to determine whether or not she might have an upper respiratory issue.

Poor Echo! There could be a couple of things going on with him. He could have a respiratory disease or allergies causing the sneezing. The runny poop could be due to intestinal worms, a GI illness, eating something rotten, or a foreign body. Given he has a couple of things going wrong, I would have him seen by a vet in the morning. The vet can diagnose the cause of his symptoms, and can treat him for it. I hope this helps!

Poor Cloud! With the sneezing he could have a simple respiratory infection or he could have something more serious like pneumonia or a viral infection. I would recommend to get him to a vet for an exam, diagnostics, and possible medications to help make him feel better. Since he is so small I would make sure you are continuing to feed him every 2-3 hours and try to get him to a vet soon.

Aw poor Socks! It's pretty common to have a rescue kitten develop upper respiratory infections. I'm glad to hear he's acting normally otherwise. You can try to run a hot shower and steam up the bathroom while Socks is in the room. Sometimes this will help break up congestion. Make sure he continues to eat and drink normally. Warming some canned food up will often encourage a cat to eat more as they will eat more if they can smell the food. If Socks continues to be congested or at any point he stops eating, develops an eye issue, or becomes lethargic he should be examined by a veterinarian. It's best not to wait too long as kittens can develop pneumonia or labored breathing if the respiratory infection progresses. It may have been that the kittens were perfectly healthy the other day and now it sounds like the male is having symptoms of a upper respiratory viral infection with the sneezing. These viruses usually are self limiting and do not cause major illness. However, if he is not eating, continues to vomit, and/or is acting lethargic please have him rechecked as soon as you can.
