My newborn kittens fight for one nipple. Is it safe to move them?

Hi, actually my cat gave birth to 5 kittens 5 days ago and 3 of them died but the other 2 are fighting on one place to nurse and leaving the others but my sister keeps putting him on another place so he could nurse too, is it bad to do that and why don't they go to the other places pls help

It might just be that the kittens have a preference for that nipple and/or the nipple is producing more milk. It is fine to place the kittens on another nipple to see if they will nurse on the other nipples, too. You should be weighing the kittens daily to make sure they are gaining appropriate weight and bottle feed them with a kitten supplement if they aren't.
