Hello there ! I have a queen which had given birth to 4 kittens ,their age are 5 days old but i fear that she doesn't have enough milk cause when i squeezed her nipple nothing comes out and the kittens sometimes fighting over specific nipples, their belly look rounded tho

The momma cat might not be making enough milk even though you can see some. It can take little kittens some time to get used to a bottle. You could ask your vet for a tutorial on how to safely offer formula via a syringe or ask about tube feeding to make sure the kitten is getting enough nutrition. As long as your vet confirmed that mom is healthy it is probably okay to let the kitten nurse some.
