All of my 3 cats are neutured since 6 months. Yet I observed spraying them on my compound wall. Is it normal? I thought they wont be doing this after neutered!

Yes, having them neutered may very well resolve this behavior. Spraying is completely normal for intact males, which is why virtually no one keeps unneutered male cats in the house :) I would make an appointment to have this done as soon as possible, as the longer this behavior continues, the more likely it is to become a habit that may persist after neutering.
