Can I mix a different brand of wet food into my cat's daily diet?

For example, start by feeding 25% new food and 75% old food for a few days. Then 50%/50% for a few days. Then feed 75% new food and 25% old food for a few days. Then feed just 100% of the new food. This will help to reduce the risk of gastrointestinal upset as a result of a diet change. If you do not have any more of the previous diet, that is OK. Yes it is okay to switch back and forth between those two different pouches as long as she tolerates it. If she starts having loose stool then I would just pick one and stick with it. Most cats can tolerate a small variety but some cannot. I hope this helps!
