Will my two male kitten brothers fight if I don't neuter them?

It is possible Buffy and Layla could become aggression toward each other but it's not guaranteed. I'd definitely recommend getting both of them neutered by 6 months of age as this may cut down on fighting. You may also want to purchase a Feliway Multicat diffuser as this will decrease tension in the household. Make sure to Rotate toys for both cats, have at least 3 litter boxes, and a few cat towers where Layla and can get away from each other if they need a break. I would recommend getting them neutered as soon as possible. As they have gotten older they are becoming more aggressive and controlling of there territory. I would recommend neuter, increase number litter boxes, increase food and water dishes to start. Hopefully once all the added hormones are gone they will settle down

It is unlikely that they will act in a sexual nature toward each other since they were each spayed/neutered before becoming sexually mature. As I'm sure you are aware, cats being brothers and sisters normally does not stop them from breeding. But since they are both sterilized, they will likely not try to mate with each other. If they do for some reason, they will not be able to produce kittens. I hope this is helpful!

Intact male cats can and do fight over things such as territory and females, so to answer your question, yes they can hurt each other if they get into a fight. Intact cats will also spray urine all over the house to mark their territory, which smells terrible and is very hard to get out. I would recommend having them both neutered to reduce any aggressive behavior as well as urine marking, which it sounds like you are seeing if they are fighting enough to cause a cut. Gently wash the cut with warm water and antiseptic soap. Keep the area clean and dry, and monitor for signs of infection which include redness, swelling, warmth to the touch, and pus. Should you see any of those signs, the cat will need to see the vet for antibiotics. In the meantime, I'd make an appointment to have them both neutered. Good luck, I hope this helps!

Unfortunately, brothers and sisters will mate and the offspring may have health problems, so I would strongly recommend having them desexed as soon as possible. Female cats come into season based on the number of daylight hours, so your kitten may come into season shortly (often January to February). If they are brother and sister you better get them spayed/neutered or you will end up with kittens - they will breed with each other despite being related. So, please get one or both of them "fixed" and you can also try some Feliway Multicat diffusers in your house.
