Will my male cat start spraying if I bring home a female kitten?

It's likely that getting him neutered would help - "spraying" or urinating on objects in the house and wanting to roam outside are both very normal behaviors for intact males, so this is definitely the first thing I would suggest. This is a normal territory marking behavior and may be triggered by new cats in the area, changes in the routine or layout of furniture and puberty. It does reduce in many cats as they become used to a routine, territory and neighborhood cats (even in indoor cats they are influenced by scents from outside). To get them to stop you do have to neuter them as this behavior is driven through hormones. In terms of litter box training, they should be very similar and you should be able to train your male kitten to use the litter box regularly. Aggression is not really driven by sex, and both males and females can be equally as aggressive. I see that Lucifer isn't neutered. More than likely, he has reached sexually maturity, and wants to go out to find females with which to mate. Probably soon he will start urine marking in the house to mark his territory. Even letting him out to mate will not stop the behavior, it will continue. It's very possible that she might be - most female cats will go into heat by around 6 months of age, and this will certainly attract males to the area. I would recommend having her spayed if you aren't planning to breed her, as she will be in heat almost constantly until this is done.

As long as your cats are fully vaccinated, they will not be able to get sick from him. It is a good idea, however, to not let them play in the same outdoor space at the same time. He may be friendly to you, but your girls may not like him, and they could fight with each other.
