Why is my male cat aggressive to female cat after she gave birth?

My Male cat has been attacking my female cat and she just gave birth 2 months ago. This behavior has just started in the past 7 days. He is always following her and grabbing her neck and he stays close to her at all times. They are both between 2 and 3 years old he is the tiger cat. The first photo is of mom and dad. Dad is the aggressor. The 2nd picture is of mom and babies

She’s probably coming into heat again and that’s why he’s after her. I recommend spaying her when the kittens are weaned. Once she’s no longer cycling this behavior should improve. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to help you care for your cats.
