Why is my kitten waddling, sensitive, and having back leg issues?

Poor Simba sounds very weak and it does sound like she is ill and in pain. She could have been injured, she could be suffering from a systemic illness, or she could have an infection. Her symptoms are very general, so it's hard for me to narrow down more what could be going on with her without seeing her in person. Given her age and the fact that she is has been like this all night and day, taking her into the vet now would be the best option. The vet can diagnose what is causing her to behavior like this, and can treat accordingly.

I recommend that you have her evaluated by your veterinarian so that this can be further assessed which will likely include radiographs. Hi ! Your kitten needs to see a vet ASAP, to understand if there is a proble with her pelvis or with her back. The longer she is left, the less chance she has to recover sadly. Also she is going to be in a lot of pain which is also a big concern. I hope she can be treated and she can go back to full health soon. Even if you are not able to locate his pain, it sounds like he is sore if he is limping. There is a viral disease in kittens that can cause a fever, lameness and ulcers in the mouth. Oh my. This is quite concerning. Bunty could have sustained a musculoskeletal injury to his hips (dislocation) or he could have a saddle thrombus (blood clot in lower limb). Unfortunately, if Lila is having trouble walking or seems in pain, she needs to be seen by a vet. Issues such as neurologic or muscular problems, cerebellar issues, illnesses, disease, nutritional issues, etc are all potential causes which is why a veterinary exam is so important in finding the cause and providing treatment. Keeping Lila calm, quiet, and eating, and limit activity may help until you can afford care. Parasites and other infectious causes are very common in kittens. Treatment to make him feel better is based on these results as well as his physical exam findings.
