My kitten has skin problem, probably infected by her mom, can I use hydrogen peroxide or Dettol to treat it? There's also small stuff, like lice.

It looks like flea infestation. you definitely cannot use hydrogen peroxide or Dettol to treat it, not only it will not solve the problem it is very dangerous for the kittens. you need to buy a spray called Frontline which is the only safe product to kill fleas for their age, you can find it at any vet clinic.
