My 8-week-old kitten has a red dot on his eye pupil. What is it?

Hi, Hi, I have a male kitten around 8 weeks old but looks small for his age although he's very playful and adorable. He was almost dead as he was sick from the flu at the age of 5 weeks, so we rushed him to the hospital and treated him, and now he has regained his strength and has done so much progress but unfortunately his left eye doesn't seem normal, there's a red dot on his pupil and I don't know what's happening with it, I'm concerned about his eye health.

I highly recommend that you have Courage evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. They would be able to do a more thorough exam of the eye. Stray kitten with injured eye and bloody diarrhea: What should I do?

The diarrhea could be perhaps due to parasites.
