My 4-week-old kitten has a mouth scar or problem. What should I do?

I am sorry to hear about your kitten. It looks like she could have an infection of the skin around her mouth, such as perioral dermatitis. This requires treatment wtih antibiotics. I would recommend having her examined by a veterinarian who can then prescribe medication to treat this condition.

If there is a hole, you are correct it could be an abscess that has ruptured, but it could also be due to trauma. Unfortunately, you can't send pictures in the forum, but you can request a consult with an expert online where you can send the picture. I would recommend having Kisa examined by a vet. If she did have an abscess, she would benefit from some antibiotics.

It is hard to say what this is exactly without seeing Squid and his sores. He may have traumatized the area and it may now be infected. He may need oral antibiotics or other medications from the veterinarian to get these sores to heal as this area is difficult to medicate topically. It is difficult to medicate topically because Squid will likely lick off the medication quickly. Therefore, you will need to make sure that any topical medications used, if they are used, are safe to ingest. I would recommend having a veterinarian look at this for the most appropriate treatment. She will likely need to be sedated and have stitches placed in this area to help reattach the skin to the jaw.

Poor Floquinha, pictures can be very difficult to interpret but it looks like she may have pulled to skin away from the gums. I would recommend a vet check to ensure there is no infection or debris in the wound but at this late stage surgical repair may not be possible with treatment aiming to keep the area clean and allow secondary wound healing.

This looks to be a little sore on the lip that was caused by some sort of puncture wound, scratch, etc. I would monitor it for now and perhaps use a daily water additive or oral rinse that you can get from your local pet store. If it has not resolved or worsened after 7-10 days, then its best to take Arlo to your local vet to get this checked out to make sure there isn't something underneath the skin that got stuck and can't come out (foreign body) that has caused this.
