My kitten won't drink milk, sleeps all day, and is very skinny.

First of all you need to stop the cow milk, i recommend switching her to ready made kitten dry food. It sounds as she is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking her to the vet the first chance you get, she will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection she will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better. if the vet thinks it is more serious she will need a blood test and possibly an ultrasound in order to find out what is wrong.

It sounds like she may be having neurologic symptoms, which could be due to low blood sugar associated with not eating and drinking, and she is very likely dehydrated. Have Candy examined by a veterinarian to diagnose illness. In the meantime, offer a good quality kitten food. You can warm it up or mix in a teaspoon of baby food to stimulate Candy's appetite. Discontinue offering milk as this may cause some gastrointestinal upset. If necessary, you can offer a kitten milk replacer such as KMR. This can be mixed into the food as well.

Unfortunately no, there is nothing you can do without taking her to a vet. She sounds quite ill, and she truly has to have veterinary care; in fact, I would consider her current symptoms a medical emergency. If all of the kittens are passing away and this one is no longer nursing/seems ill, it would be best to seek veterinary care immediately. It is possible there is some illness going on, a functional issue, etc and since very young kittens can easily become dehydrated/require frequent meals, a vet exam is important to treating the condition ASAP.

I recommend that you take Jade to the vet as soon as possible. From her history, there are a few things that I am concerned about. The first is intestinal parasites, she needs to be tested and treated accordingly. The other is viral infections such as panleukopenia. She may also benefit from bloodwork to check for malnutrition, anemia, kidney disease, etc. Continue to encourage her to eat wet kitten food, and check her thoroughly for fleas.
