Kittens are not old enough to get their first vaccines until they are at least six to eight weeks of age. Once Cookie is that old, you can take her into the vet to get her vaccines done.     She will need to start her vaccination course at the age of 8 weeks, the second vac at the age of 11-12 weeks. this course of vaccination can cost between 60-100$. most cats get spayed at the age of 6 months, this is a simple surgical procedure that can cost between 80-150$.
