Is it safe if my kittens eat cat litter with zeolite and baking soda?

While there is no scientific literature stating that clumping litter is not safe for kittens under 3-4 months, it is something where kittens the young are more curious and may eat it. Silica litters are non toxic if ingested however If too much of the silica litter is eaten it could cause an intestinal obstruction. Silica litter can also cause respiratory irritation in cats with allergic airway disease like asthma. Since your kitten seems to like to eat the silica litter I recommend finding a different litter type that she is not interested in eating. There is no specific product I know of designed for the purpose you have suggested. In general, we don't want to do something that might discourage the cats from wanting to use the litter box as you intended it to be.
