My 2 month old kitten has been having diarrhea for the last 4 days. Hence we immediately got his vaccination and deworming done. He was getting better but suddenly he passed very loose stools with mucus and blood in it. I have attached photos. The vet is not too concerned and I don't trust Indian vets. Can you please help?

It can take diarrhea a few days to resolve even with appropriate treatment. It's difficult to know how quickly the injections would work without knowing exactly what they are. If the diarrhea seems worse at any time or if the kittens stop eating or start vomiting I would recommend checking in with your veterinarian.

The vomiting might be from the trip to the vet, the diarrhea might have been from stress. monitor her in the next 24 hours, if those symptoms do not stop you will need to take her back to the vet in order to get it treated.
