My kitten is hurt, bleeding, and won't let me touch his neck.

You just have to keep Tifa in a quiet isolated room and try not to stimulate her much. Bring her small amounts of water via a syringe of small turkey baster and some soft canned food. Getting her seen in the morning is all you can do besides this. I would not recommend giving her any over the counter human pain meds as these are very toxic to cats and can cause acute liver and/or kidney failure. Best case scenario is that she just has a bad muscle sprain and inflammation of her intestines due to the stress. However, an abdominal radiograph and bloodwork testing needs to be done to determine what internal injuries she has first, so that we know how best to help her condition. I really hope that she will be ok through the night. Lay her in a soft bedding (a couple of old t-shirts and a bath towel can do) for tonight to make her as comfortable as possible. If she is bleeding a lot or is having severe diarrhea or vomiting, then seeking out care from another vet or even an emergency clinic may be a good idea. Keeping her bottom clean and dry can help, and feeding a bland meal of some boiled chicken may help as well until you can be seen.

Whisker does sound like he's in pain, and I'm concerned about the blood dripping and pain in the hind end. He could have bladder stones causing the blood (if it's coming from his penis), and bladder stones can block the urethra, which is fatal without treatment. I think he sounds so poorly that he needs to see a vet now. Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website.
