Hi there! I'm not quite sure what your question is - so feel free to post again if I'm not addressing your concerns :)

It's understandable for MM to accidentally bite you if you have food in your hand. If this left a wound on your finger that you are concerned about, you will need to consult a physician about whether it needs treatment or not - I'm afraid we can't give any advice about human medical issues.
