I am very concerned about a few different problems with Malai. He likely has severe nerve damage to his spinal cord if he is not able to walk. The fluid in the abdomen could indicate internal bleeding, or a hernia. I am particularly concerned about a diaphragmatic hernia which would cause compression to the lungs and cause Malai to have trouble breathing.

Malai is likely not eating, because he is in extreme discomfort. Given all of these conditions, he needs professional help and soon as possible. He needs good pain medication and possibly surgery to keep him from having life-threatening complications.

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do for her at home right now. He needs to go to a veterinary clinic as soon as possible for treatment.

I hope that helps and Malai gets better soon.
