My kitten was attacked by a dog and is struggling to breathe. Help!

This indicates respiratory distress, and this combined with his other symptoms, are a medical emergency. Respiratory distress, if left untreated, is fatal and there is nothing you can do at home for him, he has to see a vet now. Poor kitty! Your pet sounds like he needs to be hospitalized and properly diagnosed to find out the underlying cause of his illness. They will likely need to run some tests (bloodwork, x-rays, etc) in order to diagnose what's wrong. Whether that be an internal musculoskeletal injury, heart condition, stroke, etc. I am not sure what injections your pet was given, but it definitely doesn't seem like it is enough treatment for your very ill pet. I'm so sorry that's happened to Nawab! If you have absolutely no option to take him to a vet, all you can do at home is try to keep him in a warm, safe area and offer him food and water (hand feeding, but not force feeding) hourly. Unfortunately without medical supplies and diagnostic information (X-rays, bloodwork), there just isn't much that you can do. If he has survived until now, and his breathing is not worse, continue nursing him along; he may pull through. I am so sorry there isn't more that you can do at home.

Poor Kevin! I'm sorry to hear that this happened to him. If he is breathing heavily and seems to be in pain, I would agree that it sounds like he's seriously hurt. Unfortunately, there is really nothing you can do at home to help with a problem like this - he needs to be seen by a veterinarian right away for a full exam and possibly x-rays to determine the extent of his injures, and will likely need supportive care such as IV fluids in addition to pain medication and antibiotics. Because of this, I would recommend taking him to your nearest emergency vet right away for treatment. If you're not sure where to go, try calling your regular vet's office - their voicemail message should have contact information for your local emergency clinic, or an on-call doctor for emergencies.

Low body temperature in cats is a sign of severe illness. Even if you don't see external injuries, the internal injuries could be severe in small kittens.

It could be that Serenity has a respiratory infection, but what really concerns me is that she is having a hard time breathing. That could easily lead to respiratory distress and potentially death.
